Call to Withdraw

2011: SAVE sent a letter calling on the U.S. Department of Education to rescind its unlawful and harmful Dear Colleague Letter.

2020: The 2011 policy was repealed and a new Title IX regulation took effect, representing a civil rights breakthrough for due process!

Victory #2!

SAVE launched its Title IX Equity Project in 2018. As a result, hundreds of universities ended their illegal, female-only scholarships.

2025: The Biden Title IX regulation was vacated nationwide by Judge Danny Reeves. And President Trump issued an Executive Order against the rogue policy.
